The product purchased from our site is final and the user cannot return it as ease. If the situation under which the product is not delivered appropriately as the order placed we will provide a refund with proper return of the product.
Reasons for refund
- The request to claim a refund should be done within 7 days of delivery.
- If the delivered product is not exactly the same as that of their order
- If the product is damaged or the seal of the product is opened
- If a wrong product is delivered
Refund exception categories
The user cannot claim a refund if the reason for the refund is not under our norms.
- If the user has provided a wrong delivery address.
- If the user dislikes the product
- If the product is claimed for a refund after 7 days of delivery
If any other condition exists other than the above-mentioned norms you should reach out customer care team members. They will tell you the exact scenario of the package. By doing you can know the eligibility of your package either it is eligible to get a refund or not.
The process of claiming a refund
The user once detected with any of the above terms should reach us through the customer care number provided on our website or can connect us through the mail and contact us form. They can request to refund the invoice amount.
Our customer care executive team will reach them with either a mail reply or a phone call. After verifying your reason they will send the response mail for your request either a confirmation or a refusal to your mail.
After receiving the confirmation mail from our side you can pretty sure of receiving the complete amount of refund. If any reduction in the usage of the product will be notified on your mail.
The product will be collected from you by our executive. And the refund will be done with 10 to 14 days of taking the product from you. The user can check their account after this period of transaction.
If any delay in receiving the package from you or in claiming the refund of your invoice will be notified to you without delay in the process.
Reshipment of the product
The user can also claim for the reshipment of the package. The package will be delivered at no extra cost. If the user desire to get the undamaged or real pack again they can claim for the reshipment of the package. This will take up to a week time to reach you after receiving the confirmation mail from us.
Refund for cancellation of the product
If desired the user shall cancel the order placed and can claim for refund of the product. The order should be canceled before the product is being shipped from us. If any order canceled after shipping will be charged with the shipping charge. And the refund will be sent to the same user account. The time taken will be up to 10 to 14 days of confirmation of your cancellation status.
