Initial Shipment

We at process and dispatch the orders on the same we receive from the customers. We deliver the shipment packages within 2 to 3 weeks (exclude weekends and holidays). All orders are dispatched on the weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday because our associate carriers will not function on the weekends. As a safety measure, client address will be verified in our computer automatically to ensure it is accurate. Suppose if it returns as inaccurate, our order processing team will reach the customer via email or phone and confirm the details.


A unique Tracking ID will be provided to you once your order package has been dispatched from our warehouse. A tracking code will send it to you either via email or phone message. After receiving your Tracking number, kindly enter the tracking ID and enter your unique code. A complete status of your shipment package can be view on this website.

Domestic Shipping

We ship all domestic packages through Regular Mail Service and normally it takes two to three weeks to deliver. We do the shipment for all regions in the United States since we hold the license to ship the products in US country.

International Shipping

All international orders are processed and shipped on the same day through Express Mail Service (EMS) and it takes three to four weeks to hand over the package to the customer location. Shipping cost, taxes, and duties charges are added along with the product price. Rather than those charges, we do not disclose any other fees in your payment bill. We cannot able to lessen the charges amount yet these fees are buyer’s liability. All charges are listed on the checkout page and its calculated based on the destination and weight. You are liable to know about your country federal law and custom legal policies before importing the product from us. After the order package has left our places we are not liable for customs seizures or hold-ups.

In case if your shipment package held up with the customs and receive a “seizure letter” from them, then kindly send me a copy of that letter either via email. We examine the letter and check with your country policies and thereafter we write a response letter to the customs in order to release your seized shipment package.

How much are you charging for the shipment?

We would charge $30.05 for all domestic shipment and $35.12 for international shipment.

When will you deliver the package?

All order packages deliver within two to three weeks from the date of order placed by the customers.

Do you provide overnight shipping?

No, we do not have overnight shipping due to some reasons. But in future, we will bring it to the live.

 Am I eligible to avail Cash on Delivery?

Not possible. As of now, we do not provide cash on delivery to anyone. So you can choose some other payment mode for your order placement.

What to do If I received a damaged package?

You can raise a complaint regarding your defective parcel by contacting our contact us form or email as we will respond within few hours and provide a solution to your problem. Even you can visit our site’s Return and Refund policy.
